This Privacy Policy describes how CellarReserve ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. CellarReserve is developed and published by an individual developer ("the Developer"). We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this policy explains our practices in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The short version: CellarReserve does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. All data you enter into the App stays on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information.

• We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses.

• We do not collect location data.

• We do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry.

• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies.

• We do not require you to create an account.

Any data you enter into the App (such as details about your wine collection) is stored locally on your device only. The Developer has no access to this data and it is never transmitted to us or to any third party by the App.

3. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect any information, we do not use, process, sell, share, rent, or disclose personal information for any purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not share information with third parties because we have no information to share.

Please note that your device's operating system provider (e.g., Apple or Google) may collect information in connection with your download and use of apps generally. Such collection is governed by their respective privacy policies, not this one.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA grants you specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

• Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected.

• Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Because CellarReserve does not collect any personal information, there is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, correct, sell, or share. In the preceding 12 months, we have not collected, sold, or shared any categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not disclosed any personal information for a business purpose.

We do not sell or share personal information, including that of consumers under 16 years of age.

6. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

In accordance with CalOPPA:

• This Privacy Policy is conspicuously posted and accessible from within the App and/or its store listing.

• Users can visit the App anonymously; no personally identifiable information is required or collected.

• Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date (see Section 9).

• Do Not Track (DNT): The App does not track users across websites or third-party services over time, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals — there is no tracking to disable.

• We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about users' online activities through the App.

7. Your European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR (and equivalent laws) provides you with rights regarding your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because CellarReserve does not collect or process any personal data, we do not act as a data controller or data processor with respect to any personal data. We have no legal basis to establish for processing (Article 6 GDPR) because no processing occurs. There is no personal data for you to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to.

We do not transfer personal data internationally, as no personal data is collected. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

If you believe we have inadvertently received personal data from you, please contact us using the information in Section 10 and we will address your request promptly.

8. Age Restriction and Children's Privacy

CellarReserve is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older. The App relates to wine and is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, if higher).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including minors. If you are under 18, do not use the App. If you believe a minor has used the App or that we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us using the information in Section 10.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If our practices change — for example, if a future version of the App begins collecting any information — we will update this policy before those changes take effect and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or its store listing. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
